Unique expertise: Business transformation - I led a true business transformation of Consumer Business and creation of a new company. This included joint-venture of businesses in 2015, joint-venture with consumer business in 2019 and the demerger and creation of a new public company in 2022. I was heavily involved in setting up new business models and org designs, transforming and launching a new culture (including purpose, mission and behaviors), creating and building new capabilities and talent.
Commerciality: I delivered over GBP 30 million operating model transformation across Quality, Supply Chain. This included elimination of 32% senior roles and significant shift from global to regional/local operations.
