Unique expertise: HR executive level with over 20 years experience in global, regional roles with proven track record in HR transformation, organisational design, M&A, Performance and Talent, HR Systems, change and executive coaching. Also experience in Board roles

Commerciality: Employee engagement driver with consistent double digit engagement score increase

Strengths: Ability to anticipate market and business trends and translate these into simplified, executable measures. Ability to communicate complex situations and context to global employee population, though motivational speaking.

Need to know: Personable and culturally versatile approach, ability to connect and engage people from apprentice to CEO level
