Remits of particular interest: My key focus is on developing individuals, teams and organizations so that they can stay relevant, thrive and achieve their strategic objectives. Assessing the as-is before designing and implementing solutions to achieve a desired future state - typically using a mix of talent- and leadership and culture development, organization design / development and change management.
Unique expertise: A unique combination of experience and competencies based on 20 years in diverse senior corporate- and consulting positions in Europe and Asia help me see things from many different perspectives. From designing and implementing global HR Shared Services to working closely with individuals, leaders and organizations on their change- and transformation journeys using facilitation, coaching and change management, these experiences help me deliver quality and add value to all roles I take on.
Commerciality: Launched and developed a People & Change consulting proposition for the ASEAN business of a Big 4 consulting firm. The focus was on clients in the financial sector and we managed to sell our first engagement, a SGD 1.2 million organizational redesign and development project, to an Asian central bank within 4 months.
Strengths: I am very versatile, willing to be a first mover and start innovative initiatives from scratch. I am able to create situational awareness and use the insights to spark and drive transformational change in people, business functions and HR.
Need to know: I care deeply about the future of work and how individuals and organizations will be able to continue to thrive.
