Workforce types directly supported: In addition to working closely with employees throughout the organization, across functions (Creative, Marketing, Finance, HR etc.) I have increasingly served as a trusted advisor to senior Business /HR leadership, and C-Suite.
Current home country: US with mobility to live and work across Europe with both French and American citizenship
Team management: I have managed teams ranging from 5-12 direct reports. I have also led consulting teams with 20+ people. Over the years, I have come to prefer creating business impact by leading teams.

Remits of particular interest: I am looking to join and contribute to a global and purpose-driven organization as a full-time Talent Executive to drive talent innovation and transformation for increased business impact. The ideal role would be one where I can leverage my extensive experience integrating multiple perspectives including Talent, Diversity, Org Effectiveness and L&D.
Unique expertise: I offer Culture Transformation, Capability Building, Organization Development, Talent/ Leadership Development. I introduce innovative operating models and challenge the status quo in ways of working to deliver on objectives. I identify, design and deliver new people development programs to create market differentiation. I provide executive coaching and team coaching as well.
Commerciality: Across various consulting engagements internally and externally, KPIs were attained or exceeded as measured by employee surveys and client satisfaction. Success of internal initiatives was observed through the successful implementation of mindset-changing frameworks and tools.
