Remits of particular interest: I am targeting a true VP or SVP position within HR Operations - particularly Project Management, HR Transformation, Process Improvement or Data Analytics. I am looking for a strategic role, that will add value to the organization, and is an area of importance and investment. A role that will lead a large team with broad scope is more appealing.
Unique expertise: I have a diverse skill set that was enabled early on in my career as a consultant for Deloitte. I am very strong in Project Management, Process Improvement, Change Management, Budget Management, and Data Analytics. I have proven experience in building teams/functions from the ground up, and can balance between being incredibly detailed while also very strategic. I thrive at building relationships and communicating with C-suite executives.
Commerciality: Built a PMO, Workforce Analytics team, and a Recruiting Operations function from the ground up. Implementation of the PMO saved organization ~$1M annually in contractor costs, while enabling over 30 engagements per year, including numerous system implementations. Implemented a new Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence tool, saving $250K annually in headcount and processing time costs. Established an off-shore HR Reporting function yielding ~$500K annually in headcount savings. Favorably managed the $50M HR budget for 3 consecutive years.
Strengths: I have worked at large, global, top-tier companies, and have accelerated and achieved in all places and levels. I have the ability to get very detailed in performing analysis, while then being able to build a presentation on my findings, and finally being to present it to C-suite executives. I have experience at not only leading teams, but building global teams from scratch. I have managed budgets over $50M and managed teams of 30+ members. I operate very strategically and am looked upon as a trusted adviser to senior executives to provide sound advice and perspective.
