Current/recent employer: Over 230,000 people with revenues of US$50 billion+. My specific scope of responsibility was to support 10,000 people with a budget of over US$6 billion. My career to date has spanned start-ups of 50 people to large multinational matrixed businesses

Remits of particular interest: Roles with an expectation of delivering real customer and commercial impact. This could be start-ups looking to grow revenue or move into new countries, established businesses looking to transform the way they sell or service customers or businesses that are looking to break out into new adjacent markets. Size and scale are not a worry, ambition is my main consideration

Unique expertise: A global HR generalist and change leader with time spent in the Talent and OD COEs. Proven tenure in matrixed multi-national organisations, in multiple sectors, whilst living in the US, Asia and Europe. I’ve also sat in the business seat, delivering pre and post-sales support to customers generating $50b in revenue, $100m P&L with 2300 FTEs dispersed globally. I have also delivered a number of business transformation and change initiatives includes digital and customer experience transformations, operating model changes, business process redesigns and evolved ways of working. In every scenario designing a people plan which improves customer results by anchoring desired behaviours and culture.

Commerciality: People create digital footprints every day. I am using this data to learn how people interact with each other and use their knowledge, skills and experience to deliver results. Recent examples include: 1) Establishing the sales and sales management behaviours which improved sales performance by up to 63% 2) Delivering an 18% improvement in diversity promotions with 6 months 3) Increasing the relationship coverage of appointed change champions from 53% to 90+%
