Remits of particular interest: Looking for a senior generalist HR position as CHRO or heading the HR of a business division, ideally within an international business context.
Unique expertise: I believe in people data and IA most probably due to my engineer background. In 2022 I extended our digital landscape with several tools based on IA regarding recruitment. I have also created a team of experts regarding People Analytics bringing to business datas, reports and specific analisis on dedicated topic like for eg relationhip between engagement/onboarding and attrition
Commerciality: We had a high level of attrition for our "new comer" employees - virtually double the rest of our employees. I ran a specific study to analyse the root causes, mixing different sources of data (employees surveys, hard data, cost of recruitment, cost of onboarding) demonstrating to the executive team and board of directors the financial impact of employee losses, and the practical action plan to be put in place. Focusing on on-boarding, quality of recruitment and career conversations we managed to reduce the attrition rate by 33% in 2024.
