Unique expertise: Multi-industry experience for companies within the Pharma, FMCG and Technology sectors. Multicultural profile with ownership of projects for industrial divestitures, business transformation and due diligence to integrate new companies

Commerciality: Implemented a lean performance plan for industrial sites across Latin America achieving 20% reduction of headcount and 25% increase in efficiency over 3 years; through multitasking operators, lean performance boosts, and automation of warehouses. Also led capability plan for market access, public affairs and communications for Africa and EMEA regions to develop 45 leaders in 15 key countries and leveraging these areas as business enabler.
