Mobility Considerations: Able to be based from Europe or Hong Kong - UK Citizen with current working visa in Hong Kong and spouse with EU citizenship.
Team management: Significant experience leading both business and HR teams across Europe, Asia and Americas, including direct management of a team of 70+ managers and professionals working across 7 different countries.
Current/recent employer: Experience working in both early stage as well as well-established global organisations ranging from 2,000 to 40,000 employees, with turnovers ranging from $100m to $12bn.
