Unique expertise: I have significant experience building and upgrading HR functions from the ground up in multiple industries, both domestic and global. I have developed people strategies to support new GTM initiatives and can work hands-on as required. I have worked in founder-led, PE-backed and employee-owned organizations.
Commerciality: I developed and implemented a full-cycle talent acquisition strategy to support bringing in 78 new employees in a seven-month period. The initiative included a refreshed EVP on our company careers page, an efficient candidate engagement process, training managers on behavior-based interview skills, university recruiting and utilisation of our first ATS. Results: time to fill reduced by 28% and cost per hire lowered by 35%.
