Workforce types directly supported: Direct responsibility for 10,000 employees as Global Business HR Leader, and 30,000 employees as Divisional Diversity & Inclusion Head, within an international life-sciences company. Have supported a variety of business functional stakeholders inclusive of C-Suite, Commercial, Marketing & Business Development, R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory and Quality Assurance, Finance and IT, Public Affairs and HR.
Current home country: Switzerland with mobility to relocate within Switzerland or across the European Union countries
Travel for work: Europe, Asia, North America
Team management: Experience with leading total global HR team of 100 (direct & indirect).
Current/recent employer: Responsibility for a division of US$5 billion revenues and 30,000 employees, within a US$20 billion revenues company of 110,000 employees operating in over 100 countries worldwide.

Unique expertise: Solutions focused strategic thinking global HR Leader, with extensive track record in major change projects including 30+ mergers, acquisitions and divestments, multiple business transformation projects including a business start up from Day 1, business expansions, restructuring, centralizing, regionalizing, business performance optimizations and cultural transformations.
Commerciality: Built from day 1, a global business division, with a new business model, that delivered US$5 billion revenues and 30,000 employees within it's first year of operation. This was delivered through acquisition and integration of 2 other global businesses, and a very effective business HR strategy that included new organization design, talent development and recruitment, culture transformation, integration of HR processes and a new HR system implementation.
