Remits of particular interest: I am particularly keen to work at an international BU level (EMEA or global) within an industrial environment. I would be delighted to take on an OD Expert role, Change Management Director role , HR Development Director role or N° 2 bringing my combined OD/change management & HR Project Management experience to work on business transformation, cultural transformation projects. I am a strategic thinker who is  able to map out roadmaps and work on implementation.

Unique expertise: I have HR generalist, HR Project Management, expert Talent Management, OD & change management experience in multicultural manufacturing industries, at EMEA and global level.

Commerciality: Design & implementation of a new sales & marketing organization within EMEA where we took out one organization level and moved from a specific product focus to a regional and multi product/multiple client focus.

Strengths: I possess high analytical skills, yet I am pragmatic to find workable solutions. I have excellent project management, organization & listening skills and am highly resourceful in finding creative solutions. I have worked extensively in French and Anglo-Saxon organizational settings, mostly in listed companies with a strong performance & results orientation. I have a very strong business mind, am strong with numbers, yet with a strong human focus.
