Team management: Strong preference to lead teams and most recently was leading a total team of circa 100 with 5 direct reports. Previously have led smaller HR teams of circa 30 with 8 direct reports.

Current/recent employer: most recently leading the HR function for a company with US$5 billion revenues and 1000 employees across 10 jurisdictions globally.

Remits of particular interest: C Suite HR (generalist) or operational executive leader.

Unique expertise: Have held the Chief Corporate Services Officer for an underwriting company - a broad-ranging commercial/business operations role where I had responsibility for HR, Talent Development, Facilities, Operations, Change and Corporate/Board Governance.

Commerciality: Restructure of overseas offices (Dubai, Australia and Singapore) resulting in US$5m annual savings. Real estate review in London resulting in GBP£5m of rent/service charges annually. Development and deployment of Global Talent Programme (inclusive of engagement and succession plans) that identified, developed and in some cases progressed the most talented in the organisation.

Strengths: Broad Operational experience at C suite level, not limited to HR although this is my area of deepest and broadest experience and expertise

Need to know: Global reach, comfortable operating at both operational/tactical and strategic level with strong commercial and pragmatic approach.
