Remits of particular interest: Senior level Director or above as a trusted partner to the Executive team with full accountability for the strategic and operational results for a business, region, division, or line of business looking to change/ improve/ grow. Remit may also include ownership of appropriate HR or business areas of specialty.

Commerciality:
Along with SVP, developed and executed margin improvement (+10%) while revenue dropped (-20%) due to market drivers and improved HSSE results. Levers pulled were organization structure redesign, 40% leadership change, support cost and footprint reductions, sales refocus and product/service innovation.
Have also driven changes to run HR with a business mindset, with examples of reduced Vendor costs ($1.5M) and releasing trapped cash ($10M).
