Team management: I have managed teams of up to 25 direct reports and 30 indirect reports. My preference is to lead teams, particularly in Talent Acquisition. However, for broader HR roles, I am also open to working as a sole contributor.
Current/recent employer: I currently work for a multinational company with over EUR 19 billion in revenue and 70,000 employees worldwide. Previously company had over USD 76 billion in revenue and approximately 400,000 employees.
Remits of particular interest: I am seeking a senior leadership role at a minimum of Director level, preferably Senior Director or VP. My primary focus is a strategic position within Talent Acquisition, where I can build or transform a TA organization in an international environment. However, I am also open to broader HR leadership opportunities and aspire to transition into Talent Management or other strategic HR disciplines.
Unique expertise: Unlike many HR leaders, I bring a strong commercial perspective from my previous role, where I graduated from their Sales School. Additionally, as the owner of a sole proprietorship, I understand firsthand what it takes to run a business. This business acumen, combined with my extensive HR expertise, including workforce management, HR business operations, and talent acquisition, enables me to align HR strategy with commercial priorities in a way that sets me apart from my peers.
Commerciality: I led an initiative to reduce reliance on agency hires across Europe, successfully decreasing usage from 30% to less than 8% within one year. This strategic shift resulted in cost savings of over EUR 10 million while maintaining workforce efficiency and business continuity
