All at local, regional and global level. Supported onsite blue-collar populations, union and non union as well as white collar and senior executive teams.

Team management: Direct team from 6 to 12 and indirect from 15 to 160 - end to end HR. Preference to lead a team but open to be a sole contributor.

Remits of particular interest: Looking for an HR leadership role. This could be an HR Business Partner or a COE function in OD/Talent Management in a global, regional or local in a large country. The size of the organization is not important.
Unique expertise: HR executive with 25 years' of hands-on global experience in all areas of HR. Experience in agriculture, CPG, Pharma, medical devices and entertainment. Main areas of expertise Strategic HR, Global change management, Organizational Development: Organizational effectiveness, organizational design, process facilitation. Merge and acquisitions, cultural transformation, talent management, and labor relations.
Commerciality: Based on a full review of the business operating model, I led the business transformation program, creating a commercial operating model standardization in 3 global regions and global marketing, achieving process efficiencies and headcount re-purposing in new capabilities such as revenue management and strategic planning at no incremental cost. By revamping the integrated supply chain, we achieved alignment across all operations and commercial planning. This process led to millions of dollars in savings from warehouse and production efficiencies thanks to organizational redesign and streamlined planning processes. In HR, we achieve USD 5 million savings by insourcing core HR processes.
