Unique expertise: I have worked in and led many of the HR functional areas inclusive of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations. I leverage these capabilities along with my HR Business Partner proficiency to bring a robust set of people and organizational skills to my HR leadership role.

Commerciality: Contributed to the rapid growth of a USD 425 million high-tech division with 830 employees across nine US locations through execution of an innovative, 3-part talent strategy: (1) Integrate two acquisitions achieving rapid assimilation of 90+ employees, maintaining strong employee engagement and retention (95%+), and contributing USD 80 million of revenue; (2) Execute two restructurings for greater product investment focus, targeted recruiting, workforce reskilling, streamlined matrix operating model, and achieve USD 20 million in annual SG&A savings; and (3) Advance pay-for-performance by redesigning the compensation programs to align with division and company-wide EBITDA, cashflow, revenue, and bookings; the scalable program achieved 120% of target and a 1.5 BtB (vs. 1.25 target).
