Team management: Up to five direct reports - I can work either as a Manager of Teams or as a Sole Contributor. I can utilize Project Management, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Current/recent employer: biotech sector company of circa 1 billion revenues, previous employer in pharma/biotech sector of 3 billion revenues

Remits of particular interest: Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, Project Management, and Lean Six Sigma

Unique expertise: Combination of Human Resources, Project Management (PMP - Project Management Professional and Agile/Scrum Master), and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt)

Commerciality: In current assignment have led a multi-year project which resulted in $1million in savings as a result of increased safety measures and a company culture change.
