Team management: 30-40 direct reports in my previous career within hospitality, 2-3 indirect reports in a role as Benefits Manager, preference would be to work as sole contributor or as manager of a small team

Remits of particular interest: I'm looking for a mid- to senior-level HR position in the areas of L&D and/or Talent Management and/or Employee Experience/Engagement and/or Benefits (with an option to expand into compensation, wellbeing and employee recognition.
Unique expertise: I started my professional journey as a business operations manager which equipped me with first-hand experience in the areas of employee relations and business operations. I spent the first part of my career working in the North American market, learning the HR disciplines from the ground up. I am equally competent in the German as well as the English language. I have been responsible for and contributed to a variety of implementations for HR software tools (SAP Successfactors, wellness platform, data warehouse etc.). I've easily adapted to new roles and responsibilities over the course of my career. I've shown resilience both my professional and personal life.
Commerciality: Through knowledge of strategy, design and delivery, worked closely with consultant partners in conducting successful negotiations and wellness plan design changes that resulted in increased wellness program participation in the US from 51% (2014) to 75% (2019). Achieved a National Health Award in 2019. Implemented Canadian wellness program in April 2016, and within a span of 3 years, reached participation of 65%. Increased recognition program engagement by 200% across North America.
